GoldLeaks is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity conducted through it.
Authorized content only
You may upload only content you own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to publish. Content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, unlawful material, doxxing, malware, spam, or deceptive impersonation is prohibited.
Gold Partner / Publisher Programs
Gold Contributor and Gold Creator programs require rights declarations, manual review, and ongoing compliance. Partner status never grants permission to publish unauthorized material and never bypasses moderation. Participation or a future earnings program does not create ownership rights. Hosting and moderation
You grant GoldLeaks the limited license needed to host, process, display, and operate content you choose to submit. We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts to enforce these rules, respond to reports, or protect users.
Community and enforcement
You remain responsible for comments and other user-generated material you submit. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, including substantiated repeat infringement. Reports are reviewed; a report alone does not guarantee removal.
